The building will have a total footprint of 215,278 SF upon completion, including critical and non-critical space. To maintain temperature control, Ascenty is investing in cooling infrastructure with N+1 redundancy. Once delivered, the data center is projected to earn compliance certifications including Uptime Institute Tier III Design, Uptime Institute Tier III Constructed and ISO.
