Established in 1950, Caransa Group is a real estate company that focuses on the purchase, sale and rental, and development of commercial properties. Caransa Group is involved in the acquisition and redevelopment of a large variety of properties, including but not limited to: large and small office buildings, shops, shopping centers, and real estate portfolios (with an emphasis on the hotel and catering industry). Both design and sustainability are of paramount importance to the company. After the recently completed Science Park data center, Caransa Group is currently making plans to develop the second data center in their portfolio – projected to be the largest and most energy-efficient data center in Amsterdam.
