CDC Data Centres Pty Ltd (CDC) , Canberra Data Centres, is a data center designer, builder, and operator based in Canberra that provides data center solutions to Australian companies. All of CDC's data centers are designed to be highly reliable and energy efficient. CDC operates three data center campuses, located in Hume and Fyshwick in Canberra and Eastern Creek in Sydney, with plans for expansions in New Zealand. Recently, CDC was looking to sell minority stake ( up to 12.5% ) with the business currently valued at US$10 billion.
