Cologix is under active development with a facility in the Minneapolis market, located at 511 11th Avenue South. The 273,000 SF data center is expected to deliver 1,500 kW of critical power upon completion of initial construction. Infrastructure redundancies are expected to come in at N+1 for generators, N+1 for cooling, and 2N for UPS. We expect connectivity to fiber providers like Comcast, Cogent Communications and Crown Castle to be available once construction on this phase of MIN5 completes.
