Connect Data Centers

Connect, is the data center division of Oppidan Investment Company, a national property development firm based in outside of Minneapolis, in Excelsior, MN. Oppidan has a full range property types including recreation, industrial, medical, office, and data center. They also offer a range of services like asset management, brokerage services, construction management, and project management. In the data center industry, historically Connect has primarily owned powered shells, but recently began developing build-to-suit data centers across the country. Oppidan was founded in 1991 and Connect was announced in 2024.
