DartPoints is planning a new data center in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. We expect the building to finish out at a total size of 1,100,000 SF and is planned to deliver 200 kW to the market. In an effort to maintain uptime, the Dallas facility will feature N+1 UPS and N+1 generator redundancies. The company aims for the data center to meet SOC 1, SSAE-16 and SOC 2 standards.
