JV between SK Ecoplant & Digital Edge on 190,000SF site located 25km southwest from CBD Seoul. SK Ecoplant secured 180MVA power and is also the general contractor. RFS of 36MW first phase tower (SEL2) on Q4 2024 with further MEP works RFS completed in Q1 2025. Digital Edge purchased SK Ecoplant's JV part to own 100% of the development. 60MW second tower (SEL3) under construction with target RFS on Q3 2027.
