Flexential is planning to build out their Portland - Hillsboro 5 data center at 4975 NE Starr Boulevard in the Portland data center market. Once built out, we expect the facility to offer 36,000 kW spread across the building’s 358,000 SF footprint. The data center is designed to meet SOC 2, SOC 3 and SOC 1 standards.
