Hyperco is a data center real estate developer based in the Nordics. Backed by Varma and NREP, Hyperco has a focus on renewable energy and was the first in the world to work in a heat reuse program into a data center. In 2022, Hyperco acquired its first data center with long term tenants near Helsinki. They are developing another project in the region as well. Hyperco was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Helsinki.
