Long Ridge Energy Terminal is a 1,660 acre development in Hannibal, Ohio. Co-developed by Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure and GCM Grosvenor, the location has 485 MW of on-site generated power, 8-10 MW of solar capabilities, 125+ acres of campus land, vast natural cooling resources from the nearby Ohio River, and fiber on-ramps to all major cloud and service providers. Situated outside the 150-mile federal “blast zone” makes the location well suited for highly secure, redundant, and disaster recovery applications. Long Ridge is located within a federal "Opportunity Zone" with highly favorable state tax abatement and PILOT programs available for data center development.
