The company currently owns and manages S$66.3 billion of properties across various sectors (specifically: office, retail, logistics, industrial, data center, residential, and lodging). The real estate company has been strategically acquiring data centers for years, most recently a portfolio of 10 data centers from Digital Realty and 29 from Sila Realty Trust (formerly Carter Validus). Mapletree Investments is headquartered in Singapore.
