P3 Logistic Parks

P3 Logistic Parks is a Czech-based commercial real estate investor with nearly 70 million SF of assets, with another 18 million SF of expansion capacity. P3 invests, manages, and develops warehouse and logistic properties across Europe, with a presence in 11 countries. The company began developing data centers in 2022 after announcing its plans for a 2.15 million SF data center campus in Hanau, Germany. P3 intends to build the campus out in multiple phases over a 10-year period, for a total of 180 MW.
