phoenixNAP is planning to build out their PHX02 data center at 3255 E Elwood Street in the Phoenix data center market. Once built out, we expect the facility to offer 30,000 kW spread across the building’s 530,000 SF footprint. The data center is expected to give customers easy access to fiber providers including Zayo, ExcelliPath and Megaport, among others.
