PointOne Development Corp.

PointOne Development Corp., the data center division of real-estate company PointOne Developments, was established in 2006 for global hyper-scale data center builds. In collaboration with a team of experienced partners (Black & Veatch, Critical Project Services, NRG Energy, Diode Ventures, and Enfinite Capital), the company utilizes a modular design to decrease construction time to less than 180 days. PointOne has secured access to $7.5 billion in capital, and currently has two active developments in the US and Canada – with more in the planning stages. PointOne Development Corp. is headquartered in Acheson, Alberta.
