They provide customization to our baseline Basis of Design to meet our Tenant Clients technical and space requirements. They work with Investor Partners to meet financial requirements. 4) Operations The Company has the experience and access to skilled personnel and can operate high-density data centers in Japan. They provide bilingual English/Japanese technical interface, client services, and custom reporting for their Tenant Clients.
