In Q3 2013, Cequel Data Centers’ properties and operations were rebranded with the TierPoint name and logo. The company has performed a vast variety of acquisitions throughout its history, including: Colo4, Perimeter Technology Center, Adhost Internet Advertising, Baltimore Technology Park, Philadelphia Technology Park, Xand, CxP Data Centers, Altered Scale, Windstream Hosted Solutions, and Cosentry in Q1 2016. TierPoint is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
